At Immigrant Muse, we believe in the power of stories, connections, and community. Our mission is simple: to empower newcomers and potential immigrants with the resources, guidance, and support they need to thrive in their new home.
Our Story
Immigrant Muse began in 2019 as a blog created by our founder, Oyin Steve, a passionate advocate for immigrants. What started as sharing insights and advice grew into a trusted platform for newcomers navigating the settlement journey. With the support of the Government of Canada, we evolved into a comprehensive media company dedicated to filling critical information gaps in the immigration and settlement sector.
From Blog to Magazine
In 2021, we launched Immigrant Muse Magazine, publishing monthly online and quarterly in print to provide reliable information, education, and advocacy for immigrants. (We are currently restructuring the magazine to serve you even better.)
Expanding Our Horizons
In 2025, we leveraged our experience with newcomers, visible minority groups, and vulnerable populations to become a full-service communication and public relations consulting firm. Today, we help organizations reach and engage hard-to-reach populations, including newcomers, Indigenous communities, and visible minority groups, creating strategies that foster inclusion and equity.
